Can I change the details of my order after it has been completed?

To make any changes to your order after it has been completed, we will cancel the current order and create a new order with the required changes

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order during confirmation or while preparing it by logging into your mada account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each product you will find the option to cancel.

Once your order has been shipped and sent for delivery, you will receive a call or SMS containing your order. You can cancel the order through the delivery representative.

In the event that the purchase is canceled and payment has been made in advance, your deposit will be refunded through the original method of payment.

Can I return/refuse a product?

You must inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to receive it if there is no defect or mismatch between it and your order.

You can return your product if it is found to be defective within 15 days from the date of delivery if it is in the original condition received.

In the case of products with factory warranty or authorized agents, you will be contacted as a customer directly for replacement or repair in accordance with the agents’ terms and conditions and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

In case of any damage due to shipping please contact us through the previously mentioned official communication channels within 24 hours of delivery to report it and please take at least a photo of the damage and send it along with the return request.

You can report missing parts/defective products you received within 24 hours from the date of delivery stating the nature of the damage/fault/lack.

Products installed by the technician, for example (office furniture - home furniture - chandeliers - electrical appliances with installation such as air conditioners, etc.) cannot be returned.

Any consumable products that have been used or installed cannot be returned or exchanged as described in the Consumer Protection Law.

Failure to apply any of the above points will be deemed to have accepted the product(s)/or your return request may be refused.

In the event that the order was paid in advance, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

The consumer has the right to replace or return the commodity with a refund of its monetary value, without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it, provided that the commodity is in the condition it was in when contracting (i.e. it was not opened or used) - Article No. 17 of the law .

Our team will assess your complaint and contact you within three working days. If your application is approved, you can choose between one of the following options:

  Return & Full Refund We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection and the product price will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 working days.

  Arrangement for repair: We will send a technician to receive / repair the product if the product is a site warranty.

Order Replacement: We will send a representative to receive the product(s) and we will make a new order for you. If the product has a factory or agent warranty, you must contact the factory or agent directly.

Do I get charged when I make a return or do I get a full refund?

The returned products will be evaluated and adjudicated in due course.

  How do I get my money back?

You can deposit the amount into your wallet on the site to purchase other products.

How long does it take to refund the product value?

The refund timeframe depends on the original payment method you used to place your order as follows:

  Cashback: On the same day of receiving the product (only applies to residents of Cairo and Giza, and the value of the product will be refunded to the bank accounts of other governorates)

    Bank refund: 5-10 business days. (subject to change according to the policy of the card issuer)
